Reorganized the accounting system of the hotel which member of Ozkanlar Group Of Companies in shape of increase the department productivity and supplied auto control. Put into practice daily cash report, monthly cash budget, yearly cash budget in Finance Department. Supplied the whole entries of storehouse (Inventory and accounting entries) making by staff of the storehouse. Tidy up the year-end entries. Banquet Capacity Reports added to The Monthly Managing Report. Changed the Food and Beverage cost Reports in shape of more meaningful. Added inventory turnovers and inventory on hands into the cost reports. Supplied the cost accounting entries recording by cost controllers. Organized statistical entries in addition revenue entries. Changed the technical storage codes system for much easy auditing. Supplied to prepare the Daily Revenue Report in the night by night-auditor. Imported money exchange operation receipts that cut by front office and sales points in to accounting system so this repaired the money chain. Added uniform current and cumulated income statement and income statistics into the Monthly Managing Report. Done Break Even Analyses for the units which has live music like disco and pointed the BEP which equals incomes and expenses and at how many guests needed at this point. Prepared and practice educational programs. Added “Front Office Control Account” into the accounts plan so this supplied to control calculating the front office balances. Also “Guest in house account" into accounts plan to control calculating the front cash. Prepared monthly balance sheet, income statement,found and cash flow statement for to determine which department is profitable and which of them are not. And said what to make measures for the operational departments. Changed yearly operating budget format in shape of more meaningful and able to commentary. Considered the finance and managed the cash, debts and receivables more productive. Changed the 2 form used for purchasing into 1 form. This made to save the secretary time %50 , decrease the expenses and to use manning more productive and more time to research. Supplied to use a timer working 15 minutes to rest, 30 minutes to produce water from the artesian well. This system saved energy and increased the water capacity which comes from artesian well from 129 tons to 220 tons for every day. On the other meaning of this, decreased the whole departments salaries of the hotel for 1,5 month or decreased the finance and accounting department salaries for 6 months.. Made monthly and cumulated managing reports like a CD demonstration  that is visual and auditory for being effectively that top managers would have taken decisions. Thought,Suggested and carried out King’s Terrace Project which has 1500 person capacity open banquet area on top of the hotel caused increasing of Food and Beverage incomes nearly USD 250,000.00 for every year. Prepared finance and accounting department procedures which has all kind of Jobs descriptions and how makes the whole jobs of the department such as purchasing, cost controlling, financing, accounting, store keeping with all details. Beside General Managers approval,won Group Wice President and Princess Hotels General Manager approvals. Represented General Managers jobs when they are off.
